The BPA-free container made of tritan naturally comes with the proven double ball bearing from Vitamix, which makes the containers particulary durable and sesilent. The big innovation is the disc that this container has instead of the usual blades. This ensures that the ingredients are not crushed but whipped until foamy. Perfect frappés are thus archieved in the blink of an eye. Whipping with air increases the volume by 50-130%, depending on the brand of the used frappé. But flavoured whipped cream, mousse, emulsions. lemonade and cocktails can also be prepared this way. A Dream is the cold milk foam, which works best with cooled 0,2% milk. The renowned National Restaurant Association of the USA awarded Vitamix the coveted Kitchen Innovation Award for this new product in 2018.
