The service is valid for 25 months or 45.000 withdrawals it also includes two free maintenance services after 9 and 18 months after purchase. Included are the following services: Inspection of the wear parts, control of the coffee quality and machine settings, control of the water-bearing components, inspection of the water quality, a hygiene inspection (hygiene evaluation), a software update and the legally prescribed VDE inspection according to 07/02 BGV A3.
